Delivery Areas:

- We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada.

Estimated Delivery Times:

- For Canadian customers, shipping to Alberta (AB) and Saskatchewan (SK) typically takes 2-3 days.

- Shipping to the Ontario (ON) area in Canada usually takes 4-6 days.

- For customers in the United States, delivery generally takes 5-7 days.
- Delivery for laser lights usually takes 10 days in Canada and the United States due to an order -made system for promised quality.

Special Note for Laser Projector Orders:

- Please note that orders for laser projectors may require additional processing time.

- The estimated delivery time for laser projector orders is 1-2 weeks.

Customs Notice for Laser Products

Laser-based lighting products may be subject to additional customs inspection or import charges depending on the destination country’s import regulations.
These are assessed directly by customs or the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL) and are not included in your purchase price or checkout total.

While such fees are uncommon, some customs offices classify laser lights under restricted-use categories, which can result in added clearance steps or taxes.
Lighting Geek is not responsible for any customs decisions or fees applied after shipment leaves our warehouse.
