Lighting Geek: Return, Refund Policy and 365 Days Warranty
At Lighting Geek, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Our return policy is designed to be fair to customers while maintaining reasonable protection for our small business.
1. Return Eligibility
30-Day Return Window:
You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Returned items must include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals, and be in resaleable condition.
Opened or Used Items:
Opened or lightly used items may be eligible for store credit only, subject to inspection and a 15% restocking fee.
Products showing signs of heavy use, modification, or installation may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping within the first 30 days.

Other returns (change of mind, incompatibility, etc.): The customer is responsible for return shipping.

After 30 days: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, even for warranty-related cases unless otherwise approved by Lighting Geek.
All returns must first receive a Return Authorization (RA#) from our support team at sales@lighting-geek.com before sending back any item.
3. Processing & Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Restocking fees or return shipping costs (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

Returns received without original packaging or accessories may incur additional deductions.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another model or product:

You must return your original item within 30 days,

Then place a new order separately.
We do not ship exchange replacements before receiving the original product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Items marked as clearance or “final sale.”

Products with physical damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation.

Any item returned after 30 days that is not covered under the limited warranty.

We value your satisfaction and will always do our best to make things right within reasonable limits.
If an issue arises after the return period, we’ll continue to offer technical support, discounted parts, or repair solutions whenever possible.
